ONE, TWO, THREE STRIKES – YOOOOOUUUURRRRRR…… A TURKEY?
On Saturday, September 11, 2010 SCC will be meeting at 300 (www.300sanjose.com) for two hours of pin smashing fun. $20 will get you two hours on the lanes, shoe rental, and a bottomless soda.
We will meet at the bowling alley located at 5420 Thornwood Dr. San Jose (right behind Oakridge Mall) at 10:00. Everything will be set up and ready for us to bowl so we can just grab a ball and start bowling at 10:30. Please note that we have the lanes from 10:30-12:30, so it you are late, your time will be shortened accordingly.
Following the bowling adventure, we will saddle up and caravan north to the Alpine Inn in Portola Valley. The Alpine Inn has a beautiful outdoor beer garden along with burgers, sandwiches, and the like. It’s been a while since we’ve been to the Alpine Inn, and people keep asking when we are going back. Well, here we go!
I do need payment and headcount in advance for bowling. Also, I need your shoe size for the bowling shoes. That way, when we arrive, the shoes will be at the lane and ready to go. If you would like to be teamed up with someone specific, please let me know. Guests are more than welcome, and the price will be the same as for members.
