Meetings / General Information

We welcome all Corvette owners and enthusiasts to join us in the camaraderie of the Corvette lifestyle. We have a monthly business meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at the Los Altos Masonic Building, 146 Main Street, Los Altos, CA 94022 at 7:30PM. Click here for a map. Each month we have at least one social event. In the summer we tend to have a social and a TGIF evening or Sunday brunch. Some of the socials involve combined trips with other clubs such as the April Hearst Castle run of over 200 Bay Area Vettes with an overnight stay in the San Simeon area. The annual picnic is free (except park entrance fees) to all members and is paid for out of the club treasury. Please stop by and visit with us, we are always looking for more Corvette lovers.


We also have a number of local sponsors that offer discounts to club members.

Requirements

To join the club you don't need to have a show quality car. Some members cars haven't run for years. If you are trying to decide whether to buy one you can join and see what it would be like, and get valuable information to help make the right decision. All you have to do is attend one business meeting and one social to qualify. To make it easier we have a social at a local restaurant right after monthly business meeting. If you attend the meeting as a guest you will be invited leave early with the membership director and get the best seats at the restaurant. The Membership Director will then explain everything and answer any questions you may have while enjoying a free beverage and appetizers. What more could you ask?

How can I join?

You may join our club by either attending one of our monthly meetings, which are held the first Wednesday of each monthat 7:30 PM at the Los Altos Masonic Building, 146 Main Street, Los Altos, CA 94022,and turn in your completed membership applications and check, or completing the membership applications and mail them along with your check to the address below.

In either case, a requirement for membership is that you attend at least one general meeting and one social event each year. If you come to our meeting, you will fulfill both requirements, as we have a social at a local restaurant after the meeting.

SCC is sanctioned by the Western States Corvette Council (WSCC); therefore membership in both organizations is included in the fees below. Please fill out both Santa Clara Corvettes and WSCC membership applications completely, including your auto insurance information and your driver's license number. Our new membership fees are prorated by month. Decide if you are joining as a SINGLE or as a HOUSEHOLD (2 people at the same address), find the appropriate column across from the month you are joining and determine the correct dollar amount.

WSCC - Western State Corvette Council

All club members are required to also become members of the Western State Corvette Council (WSCC), our sanctioning body. WSCC helps to link all of the local clubs together and fosters competition and communication between the clubs.
